Pre-order notice
This is a pre-order item. Your order secures your unit as we complete production and fulfillment. Estimated delivery time is up to 6 months from the date of purchase. We know that's longer than a typical online order, and we want to be fully transparent about it before you buy.

Order processing
Pre-orders are processed in the sequence they are received. We will send you email updates on your order status as production progresses.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is up to 6 months from your order date. This timeframe may vary due to production schedules, customs, or carrier delays beyond our control. Once your item ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Coverage and shipping cost
We ship internationally, to most countries worldwide. Shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout, where you'll see the final cost before paying. In rare cases, we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions — you will be notified at checkout if your country is not currently supported.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Addresses and issues
Please make sure to enter a complete and correct shipping address; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
