General information
Welcome to Vintara. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vintara, which operates this store and website (the "Services") using Shopify's technology. These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Section 1 — Access and account
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. To use the Services, we may ask you for certain information (email, billing, payment, and shipping). You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to third parties.

Section 2 — Our products
We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors or appearance may vary depending on your device and its settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality will exactly match what is shown on screen. Descriptions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and limit quantities per person, region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vintara reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order has been accepted. Your purchases are for your personal or household use, not for commercial resale.

Section 4 — Pricing and billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of your order and will appear in your confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges. You warrant that the payment information you provide is truthful and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Section 5 — Shipping and delivery
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or causes beyond our control. Once the product has been delivered to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Section 6 — Intellectual property
The Services and all their content (trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, and audio, as well as their design and selection) are the property of Vintara, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are permitted to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the material without our prior written consent.

Section 7 — Third-party links and tools
The Services may contain links to or tools from third parties that we do not control and that are provided "as is," without warranties. We are not responsible for their content or for damages arising from their use. Review their terms before using them.

Section 8 — Relationship with Shopify
Vintara runs on Shopify's technology. However, sales and purchases are made directly with Vintara. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Vintara, including damages or losses arising from the products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim arising from your purchases with Vintara.

Section 9 — Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to harass or harm people, to transmit false information, to send spam, to impersonate others, to introduce viruses or malware, to collect data from third parties, or to circumvent security measures. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Section 10 — Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish them for any purpose. You warrant that you hold the rights to such content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (descriptions, prices, promotions, timeframes, or availability). We reserve the right to correct them and to change information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after an order has been placed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vintara and its partners, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the Services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vintara, Shopify, and their affiliates from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of the law or the rights of third parties, or your use of the Services.

Section 15 — Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Section 17 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Vintara is based (Puerto Rico, United States), without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of those changes.
